Built for the Clair Z1
Jitterline
Motion, measured. Jitterline takes high-speed bursts on the Clair Z1 and analyses them by differential dynamic microscopy: the diffusion coefficient, particle size and viscosity in the background and inside every droplet or cell in the field.

Opening it the first time

On a Mac
- 01
Open the .dmg and drag Jitterline into Applications.
- 02
Open Jitterline. When macOS says it can't verify it, click Done.
- 03
In System Settings → Privacy & Security, click Open Anyway next to "Jitterline was blocked".
- 04
Open Jitterline again and choose Open.
On Windows
- 01
Run the installer.
- 02
If Windows says it protected your PC, click More info, then Run anyway.
- 03
The first start can take a minute while Windows checks the new program.
What's new
What it needs
A Z1 with bursts
A Clair Z1 running ClairOS 1.6 or later, on the same network. Bursts taken before can also be opened from your computer, without a Z1.
